KUU Solutions is a project management consultancy for the construction industry.

The company was founded by Kit Wong, a chartered professional with over 25 years experience in the industry, many of those in Contract Management and other senior roles.

We work collaboratively with our clients at any stage of a project from work winning, contract formation and delivery through to close out.

Our specialism also includes strategic support for small subcontractors who are looking to improve their existing systems & processes, gain trade accreditations and increase business turnover.

We can also assist Clients on projects in early RIBA Stages, to either coordinate the overall workflow or provide specific support to your existing team in the areas where you may have a temporary shortfall in resources. 

Once the project enters the construction phase we can offer full-time or part-time project management and be that essential link between the site and your organisation.
